Hello World.

I've created a discussion list open to the public. It's initial  
mission is to promote discussion of ;login: articles, but is available  
for other topics as well.

The list is set up to use topic filtering. Topic filtering allows  
subscribers to opt in to the topics available as well as general  
discussion. The initial topic list includes only ;login:. The word  
"login" must appear within the first five lines of the email to be  
considered on-topic. I expect that if this list becomes popular we  
will need to tweak the settings and add topics.
